Ian Brand Wines 2022 "Paysan" Cabernet Sauvignon

Bold aromatics derived of ancho, blueberry, black pepper and leather. The palate is a veritable spice mix reminiscent of garam masala--cardamom, coriander and black pepper—with overtones of red currents and fruit leather. The tannins are firm and drying leading to a well poised, medium bodied Cab with an excellent sweet/savory balance.
