The Atom, named for the building block of our existence because of its infinite potential, is a labor of love from Plymouth Wine Company founder Jason Trulby, who for over twenty years has been working with select growers and craftsmen throughout California to create rich, bold, delicious California wines that over-deliver in terms of value. Working with Napa Valley winemaker Brian Nuss, maker of Twenty Rows Cabernet, he set out to create a cabernet that would realize the varietal's full potential and absolutely smash the price-to-quality ratio. Smash it, it does!
From vineyards sourced from California’s North Coast, this is a riper, sweet-fruited Cali cab, with vanilla-kissed black cherry, blackberry jam, and toast. Tannins are soft and supple, matching the milk chocolate palate.Â
