Tasting Notes
Ricominciare is the winery of Viviana Catena who owns an old vineyard in La Consulta where they have two hectares of Cabernet Franc that give life to this bright purple red that offers a purely fruity aroma, with notes of raspberry and cassis, a pinch of ash of very beautiful intensity. Enveloping, with a note of black tea and a hint of infusion for the tannins, it is juicy and enveloping at the same time. Full of flavor, a pearl to discover.
