Tasting Notes
Stunning deep pink rosé from 90% Grenache and 10% Syrah. Bursting with fruit flavors and a clean, dry, mineral finish from the clay/limestone soils.
Manual harvest, early in the morning to maintain freshness. As soon as the grapes are received, a cold pre-fermentation maceration is carried out between 8 and 10 hours, before pressing. A temperature-controlled fermentation follows which brings out fruit flavors of redcurrant, wild strawberry and cherry.
