Tasting Notes
Pacheca Pink Port is a pink-colored Port wine produced from a blend of red grape varieties in order to extract as little color as possible. The grapes are harvested into 25 kg trunks and lightly pressed as soon as they reach the hold. This is followed by a clarification of the must and fermentation at low temperatures to preserve fresh and fruity aromas. It has an intense pink color being very rich in fruity aromas on the nose with notes of marked red fruits, such as cherries and raspberries. It reveals freshness in the mouth with good acidity and notes of cherry and grapefruit.
