Okunomatsu’s signature Tokubetsu Junmai combines the definitive and stout flavors of Junmai sake with the elegance and delicate aroma of the more high-flying Ginjo style.  An excellent introduction to the category of sake, this is versatile and food friendly.  Aromas are fruity and green, giving way to a velvet texture and medium body with notes of melon and chamomile.
