On the palate, Fleurie Vieille Vigne is fresh and crisp with silky tannins. This Beaujolais wine is all about lightness and precision. This cuvée highlights all the expressions of the Fleurie terroir. The Fleurie "Vieilles Vignes" of the Perrachon family is located in the "climate" of the Madone, at a place called "La Cadole". Fleurie includes 850 hectares of vines. It is considered to be the most feminine of the Beaujolais crus. Certain places or climates are privileged to give a high-quality wine.
