Winemaker Notes

Aromas of ripe blackberry, currant, dark cherry and baking spices lift from the glass of this elegant mountain Cabernet Sauvignon. The lush mouthfeel shows dark fruit coupled with hints of cedar and anise. Bright acidity is balanced by rounded tannins with a touch of black pepper on the finish. Pair with grilled bone-in ribeye in rosemary butter with roasted root vegetables or a medium rare cheeseburger with aged cheddar, sautéed mushrooms and grilled onions. Drink now through 2035.
