Tasting Notes

This is a subtle, elegant, restrained wine with just a kiss of oak from its 20 months in large Botte/Casks. Of all of our wines, the MARZO has led the way in showcasing our submerged cap and extended maceration approach in the cellar. Fantastic old-world results.

Blend: 50% Sangiovese, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Barbera
