Babylonstoren Rose

Babylonstoren crafts this dry rose from estate grown Mourvedre fermented in stainless steel to maintain freshness of the fruit flavors and then a portion is aged concrete eggs and clay amphorae for added complexity and body.  A light pink salmon color, with strawberries and rose petals on the nose. On the palate, a hint of watermelon and crushed pomegranate on the palate, rounded off with fresh acidity for a delicious, lingering mouthfeel.
